Anion exchange chromatography of precipitated proteins from medium culture. Proteins and peptides was precipitated from medium culture of strain AzBw1 and precipitates re-suspended in 20 mM Tris buffer with pH 8.0. This preparation was fractionated over Q-sepharose column and bonded molecules were eluted by different concentrations of NaCl solution. Bonded molecules were collected in 1 ml fractions. These fractions were analyzed for their protease (diamonds), chitinase and nematicidal activity (bars) by standard methods. The line is optical density of fractions at 280 nm. Bars indicate standard error. This experiment was conducted twice with the same results
