Phylogenetic analysis of polh-deduced amino acids of Spli-6 and Spli-7 isolates compared to 60 NPVs published sequences. Both isolates Spli-6 and Spli-7 are located in the same cluster including the polyhedrin-deduced amino acids of the following: SpliNPV-4375 (Acc. No. AAR04375.1), SpliNPV-G1 (Acc. No. AGE90003.1), SpliNPV-9207 (Acc. No. AAW49207.1), SpliNPV-9000 (Acc. No. AGE90002.1), and SpltNPV-4735 (Acc. No. BAF74735.1). Multiple sequence alignments and the phylogenetic tree were generated using the ClustalOmega package software. Partial virus names are included in the tree.
